Terms and Conditions for Konnect-All Software Development Services

1. Use of Services
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and must ensure that your login credentials remain secure.

2. Subscription and Payments
Our services are available via subscription for $100 per month. The subscription fee is billed monthly and will be automatically renewed unless canceled by you. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload through our application. By using our services, you grant Konnect-All a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and display such content as necessary for the operation of the services.

4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable law or regulation.Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.Use our services to distribute malware, spam, or any other harmful content.Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the services.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if we deem your use of the services harmful to the system or other users.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Konnect-All shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Konnect-All, its employees, agents, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the services or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of the services after such changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Philippines.
